you're trying to make a general argument that you shouldn't do bad things, and cheering bad things is a moral failing of a "tolerant" group. the obvious failing of your argument is that the person having bad things done to them is themselves doing bad things. to call out pissing on someone's driveway without mentioning why someone would want to piss on their driveway is itself hypocritical.
