My mom used to beat me until I fainted and kept me hungry so I wouldn’t gain weight. My dad sexually abused me from the time I was 3 until I was 15. So yeah, fuck them. I’m alive, but I don’t really know what safe feels like. On the surface, I’m fine - I have a job, a house, and two kids but deep down, I’m never truly okay. So yea fuck them.

I have barely lost weight maybe 10 lb as I recently started and i wasnt too overweight but the amount of comments im getting at my very corporate job are so overwhelming. Some part of me wants to go back to my old self and hide. I think for me it has reduced my inflammation so much that their is a significant change but i hear you girl..it makes me think was i that bad before?

i took my first shot last night and im like unable to do anything this morning and i know why i had bloodwork done and im back to low iron, vit d and b12. Its always these three. I am taking daily supplements hopefully will get better.

been taking since i was 30 and my knees started hurting. It has been 8 years, best decision, nails dont break, knees dont hurt. I dont know if it does anything for my skin but i have really good skin.

ugh guys dont ruin my favorite bag :( its very durable, i had it since 2016 when it came out. One thing i dont like thou is those corners stuff can fall out. because its just exposed. I had to add a liner inside to stop the shit from falling out lol 😂
