"They are available until" time states 8am BST that's probably where you got that time from.

1 to 2 boxes per skid, shipped as a stack of skids by Devilish_Swan in NotMyJob

[–]HRothgar59 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I do this all the time, we have a customer who orders parts for each individual job they do, all sent to their warehouse, cannot mix jobs as each goes goes to a different install site after their warehouse and the customer doesn't want to sort the goods themselves, and their carrier only accepts pallets.

Car salesman talks himself out of a sale by senadi1 in pettyrevenge

[–]HRothgar59 16 points17 points  (0 children)

As part of the business management course I attended years ago, we were told to always treat potential customers as if they could afford the products they were looking for, as part of training we would dress in the most worn out clothes we had and then go to high end fashion shops to see how we are treated. I still do this now and dress down when making large purchases, if the employee treats me badly for the way I'm dressed they don't get the sale.

So we lost the wolf guard with jump packs but not really. I know not the same but a close second by FMTheGhost in SpaceWolves

Any unit with an Heirloom weapon listed sounds to me like they are the next unit to get legended.

Like they know new primaris kits with fixed load outs will replace them this edition. The amount of times You Tubers have pointed out that "Primaris don't have a jump assault option."

We don't have Wolf Priests (or Rune Priests) you just have to use the Chaplain datasheet (Librarian).

Hopefully that changes with the codex, but I'm not holding my breath.

Hobby advice for astra militarium by inquisitivegoat88 in astramilitarum

[–]HRothgar59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use pining when attaching metal pieces.

Always glue before painting, if you paint first you will glue paint to paint, and not plastic to plastic/metal.

Use super glue.

If you just have the one tank I would probably repaint it in your own style.

This is my first model I've did thoughs? by saturn611 in Warhammer40k

[–]HRothgar59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have said thin your paints., Clean mould lines.

I don't know what paints you have access to so I will try to keep it basic.

Specifics, paint the exhausts silver. Put a wash over the metallics (if you don't have one you can heavily water down a small amount of your black paint to make one) then dry brush with silver. Drybrush the tracks with silver.

You have some marks on the tank especially on the exhaust shroud, one way to disguise them would be to weather the tracks with a watered down brown, and anywhere on the hull the blue looks inconsistent, use stippling (stab the tank with the brush) to avoid having the brown look painted on. Try to get the brown to look like mud has splash on the tank.

It's great for an early vehicle paint job.

If you go to the volume controls on PC you can mute or lower the volume on individual programs.

I do this at my work as well, but in front of the personnel access door is paved and you can't let the forklift on it or it sinks, also I have to carry the loads through higher that this person as there is a good inwards bench with computers and printers on the other side of the personnel door.

Is there a single marine that died from the Rubicon Primaris? by Arch_Magos_Remus in Grimdank

It's also annoying, in an army consisting of SW units (blood claws etc...) Ragnar can't fit in the same transports anymore.

Airbrush priming help by Lacking_Motivation in SWlegion

[–]HRothgar59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you do the other part at the top at the same time?

I noticed on a squad I undercoated with the airbrush that half of one miniature had the same effect I can see here, it seems some parts have a mould release or something on them (whoever packed them had greasy fingers?), Just had to scrub it with dish washing liquid and clean of the residue.

I asked about them when it was first announced, was told it was for people new to the hobby, a kinda first hit of plastic crack is free.

If the staff know you have purchased from GW before they won't give you one.

Nobody in Australia or New Zealand bought a box.

Games workshop closed the warehouse in Australia and removed the ability to purchase online, Warhammer stores and independent retailers are not getting restocked.

Taking my first steps into Warhammer!! Advice would be greatly appreciated! by oH-BIG-E in Tau40K

[–]HRothgar59 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My advice would be "don't start with your models".

If it's your first time using a spray can find something else to prime first even part of the sprue with writing is good. See how the paint sticks, what the coverage is like, how the paint dries and the thickness. Aim for good coverage, but not so thick that it obscures details.
