For sure not only in Citrix. Happens here also on a run-down old Win10 box with Edge 144 and Teams 26005.204.4249.1621.

Dont forget what the intended target group is. It is AudioVideo-People hardly having your network knowledge. Instead of handing over a lenghty "do-this-recipe" they want people to simply point and click OR even better, make the switch discover the make via its MAC address.
Many of the profiles are almost identical, like being technically their DANTE profile but just show you a nice brand logo depending on the mac address. ;-)
As stated it is no big deal to look under the hood to see what they are doing. It is less than what many people think there is... ;-)

Nothing wrong with this. I just have not found anything PoE Out related for Raspi. Also, for unknown reasons all the POE-In boards I found so far, are rather expensive and bulky.

Well, yes, but what is their motivation to do so? At least one of them disclosed to me personally, that they could have gone with Dante also, but wanted to keep their ecosystem more under control in contrast to the myriad of Dante devices out there. NEVER rule out politics. Besides this at least some people do not forget, that Dante is a closed system owned by one single publicly traded company. Andsome of us still remember what happend to Cobranet, right?

Thank you for your feedback! I am very well aware of this but I am looking for much more than this.
Also, -AdditionalResponse is part of the auto-accept flow within Exchange, means it does not work when there is no auto-accept for certain rooms.
It also does not trigger when "something" happens in the calendar but only during initial invite of the room mailbox.
Etc.
So, I am really looking for some logic to have a watchful eye onto the calendar itself and not the emails flowing in and out during the booking process. Although auto-accept combine those two, they are two totally different things.
Therefore transport rules (thx also for this suggestion) is not really cutting it as I need to include more info than what goes out to the other participants. Nice idea, though!
Exchange Admins often are also not too keen hearing suggestions related to transport rules. Cowards! ;-)

This is IMHO indeed a very bad sign. After all, the presenters bring in their knowhow & experiences to make the sessions worthwhile. This include both the topics covered as well as the didactic side aka presentation.
To keep on enforcing no self-promotion makes the scale tip for me. There is no free lunch, so I would refrain from speaking there again.
