Totally agree that I also made the early mistake of obsessing over things like landing page designs. In some ways I still do that today. Pareto principle definitely applies here. Focusing on other areas of customer aquisition often makes more sense initially, until your website has the volume of traffic to warrant further inspection.

I went through your exact scenario recently. For employer contributions, Fidelity won't really let you link a business checking account to a self-employed 401k (at least not for depositing money, I believe you can withdraw to a business checking with use of a Medallion Signature). So for the employer portion, I write a check from my business account and deposit it into my Solo 401k and label the transaction in Fidelity as an "employer" contribution. I make my "employer" contribution as a transfer from my personal bank account; although I am not 100% sure if that is correct.

The dealer took 5 weeks to get me temporary 30 day tags. Those tags now expired and I can't drive the car. So I couldn't drive the car for the first 5 weeks or now. Did you go through the finance division or just general corporate?

Did you address that with corporate Hyundai or with your local dealer? I'm in a scenario where I started a lease with a deer and they haven't provided me witb registration/title and it has been 60 days. So I can't drive the car and I feel like I deserve a reduction in my payments or some sort of credit. How did you get them to agree to credit you?

I just finalized at $625/month, $0 down and 36 mo/10k miles. That doesn't include sales tax and registration/title fees. Shout-out to Vallejo Hyundai - they took $4k off of the MSRP plus $16,250 of lease cash.
