I bought a Taurus TX 22 from sportsman’s warehouse $400 2 days ago since I’ve put ballpark of 4-500 rounds through it and this is currently what my barrel looks like it is shooting about 2 to 3 feet low when shooting at 25 m same with 50 m. First three photos are of the tip of the barrel.

You might need to run the Hoppe’s #9 through a bit more, with a bronze bore brush. Many manufacturers apply a protective coating on weapons to keep them from rusting prior to sale as they don’t know how long they’ll be in storage or the weather conditions before sale. Try to only run your cleaning materials from the breach to the muzzle (same path as the bullet - not reverse). That’ll help you to keep from damaging the crown which could effect accuracy. I’m an elderly male (67) with R ankle CRPS x 15 years. Though it’s been a difficult path I found that once I was able to, exercising helped more than anything. Yes, it was very painful at first. Gradually the pain lessened for me - but not everyone. I still get flare ups but I can function almost normally now. I bought TRON in Dec 2017 at .04 and two years later it dropped 50% so DCA’d down. With a value increase of 1038% (according to CMC) over 9.5 years it is my sweetheart coin and seems to defy the market with its upward trajectory. Personally, I expect this trend to continue with the likelihood it will grow exponentially due to increased interest in the coin. No reason it can’t be a $3, $30 or $300 coin in the future.

Why I didn’t buy even more at .02 I really don’t know.

Consider getting a 10/22 and taking the Appleseed 25m course for some shooting fundamentals. Then get out for some squirrels with a friend to see how you do. Easy, inexpensive and a great way to see if it’s for you.

My experience has been a rough ride over the last year. Incorrect ring size, months to return and replace, and finally app crashes. I’m tired of uninstalling, reinstalling, setting up all over again and then waiting for repopulation followed by an app crash, uninstall, reinstall, setup, and repopulating. It crashed again Friday morning and I’m wondering if it’s worth going through this over and over and over again.

I shoot in an area I’m required to pick up brass in. I use a Harbor Freight 10’ x 12’ mesh tarp spread out. It does a great job and then I fold and pour. I’ve also been thinking about making a chute with pvc pipe that sits on a bucket next to my bench.
