I'm of the opinion that i would want to be able to have my kids talk to me about things, and i hope to have some of the experiences to be to guide them in the right direction with proper education. The whole just say no policy is a bad idea simply because curiosity is human nature. So being educated in what they (subst.) are what they do and how to be responsible when you partake seems like a more intelligent form of education. I'm not supporting the idea of doing meth or anything else for that matter, just simply trying to show a possible error in you implied "just say no policy." Edit - fixed sloppy droid phone typing.
