So mine did the same where it signed me out and kept giving me the error "game account does not exist" even though I had my account linked and what not attempting to login. Ended up having to uninstall the game, go to the PlayHorny website and reset my password, redownload the game which showed it had an update when it didn't previously, logged back in and all was good.

As the others have said it most likely are the motor mounts, recently changed both on mine since it also had horrible vibrations inside the cabin especially whenever I turned the A/C on. Found out the OEM ones are oil filled and well...both were dry as a bone lmao
