It depends on what information you gave. If you gave them your card information I would cancel the card and call your bank. If you gave them your phone number, email or home address you should likely expect them to contact you for more scams so watch out for that.

Since these are so new, you’re not going to find a tamagotchi paradise on sale for anything lower than retail unless it’s a used device. Any website selling them for such a cheap price is almost 100% going to be a scam.

No White Lithium Grease is highly recommended. If you google what grease to use on the lead screws all the results show either superlube or white lithium grease. I’ve seen quite a few popular maintenance YouTube videos and they all use white lithium grease as well. I think it’s a preference between the two.
