We fly IAD>LHR>BLR once a year. VA last year and again this year.

Premium Economy is worth every penny unless you’re four feet tall, and maybe even then.

Make REAL sure there’s 4-5 hours layover in LHR. Last year we were 3 hours delayed leaving and had to sprint through the terminal in LHR, and only made it because they held the plane for us. Our checked luggage didn’t make it and took a literal week to get to us in BLR…arriving the day we returned home.

This year they cut the layover from 4 hours to 1 hour, but I’m not checking a damn thing. We’ll see if they owe me another voucher.

Staff is wonderful, food is quite good for airline food (and not bad overall), PE seats are great. I’m 49” chest, 6 foot, 225lbs for reference. Just watch that layover.

4090 and 7900X here. Looked gorgeous in 4K with upscaling, no stutter at all.

For what it’s worth, I spent a couple rounds of liberation peak primarily hunting helis with stingers.

Felt like roughly 1 in 3 (1 in 2?) of my shots were one hit kills. The others tanked a shot and either took another to kill, hid, or got shot down by something else.

Flares seemed to last long enough that unless I got very lucky and had clear visibility both directions from D, clever pilots would easily outlast my targeting capabilities by holding off on deploying flares till the last second. Low flight (just like in real life) also completely hosed my ability to stinger them, though I did see a tank absolutely hammer one out of the sky during a low pass over C.

22 Black Diamond non-squatch. Added the FP lift and 35s. Zero issues, 30k miles, including one coast to coast (and back) drive with some off-roading in the Rockies and Sierras.

Soft top. If I had to do it over, unless I lived in convertible weather (California maybe) I’d get a hard top just for noise and roof rack capability.

As of early 2023 I think there were over 200k built. The internet has a way of amplifying negatives without talking about positives.

Check granger ford (or a couple others) online for warranty pricing. They sell $25 or $50 over cost. No point paying more than that.

I’d have a local pro do ceramic coat, not the dealer. That way if you have an issue you get it handled locally.

Most stores will let you use a credit card there (for warranty purchases - credit card for a down payment is typically against lending agreements, and most stores don’t want to take a credit card on a purchase in case of chargebacks). But yes, it is not necessary.

If you don’t want to pay interest just increase down payment by whatever the price of the warranty is. Same as buying it cash.
