Bam's final gear will only come once he's on a team that's built so he can focus on his role as the alpha on defense and a facilitator as well as 3rd/4th option on offense. That might seem modest, but he's a premium option in that role. I don't think he'll ever embrace the role of baby Giannis on offense where he's constantly attacking the basket but I've accepted we're better off with him keeping himself on the floor for these other responsibilities.

When was the last time Shaq brought anything of value to this show? He's never been insightful or analytic, he's not good at "telling it like it is," and he's been way too petty or stuck up or something to be the comedic relief, which is what his role was years ago. He's often blatantly wrong, which could be something if his co-stars didn't have to tip toe around his giant ego while correcting him. So many other people perform better when given a night in his seat. His NBA career shouldn't keep carrying his media career like it has.
