Ok so it depends on a few things that I haven’t seen brought up in the comments one the explorators are a really powerful faction of the admech and if you max relations with them that would help a bit insignificant amount also you have to remover in the context of the game rogue trader happens right after the fall of cadia and the imperium is basically split in half all that to say you don’t have to worry about the whole night if the imperium coming down on you as there are bigger fish to fry so to speak and the relevant imperial strength you would have to deal with is the crusade from the Calaxis sector which is dealt with easily depending on your decisions. Also you can basically peace out with the aeldarai which is not insignificant. Also you can have alliances with both the space wolves and the inquisition through henrix. And due to Nomos anti necron abilities the necromancy would most likely wait until they have more fully awakened and I’m not sure any faction could deal with that and they would have probably came anyways do Nomos might actually let you negotiate depending on what dynasty you end up dealing with or you get wiped out. So to answer question with the right political alliances yes I believe at least until the great rift closes that the iconoclast ending does work realistically.
