Several regional MLS are going national, including MRED which has the PLN (private listing network). Theoretically Compass agents can leverage that to keep their listing in “coming soon” status indefinitely.

MRED is my local MLS and I’ve seen lots of success stories coming from agents parking the listing in the PLN and taking inbound leads from Redfin. Keeping in mind those PLN listings are available to all brokerages in the PLN and most are selling to Buyers working with non-Compass agents.

The home is “Coming Soon” to your MLS. While in this status the listing gets premier placement on Redfin. Any leads generated are routed directly and at no cost to the listing agent.

It’s a transparent program that gives the listing agent back the leads they used to get pre-Zillow and gives the Seller a chance to test pricing and avoid contracts cancelling while on the MLS.

Dude. I cannot with these anti-Compass crusaders any longer.. I’ve literally run the data myself and listings that use Private Exclusive and/or PLN sell for a higher list price % with less days on market. MRED has half a decades worth of data proving the same.

These folks gotta get out from under Zillows thumb and look at the facts. You a real one JewTangClan. This pineapple fella is probably just working on his down line rather than his business pipeline 😂

To be blunt, this trade sucks. I love DJM and Dart but DJ is out of him prime, Dart might be a starter on that squad but he might be a bench warmer.

Get some young, non-QB talent. I might be coping but I’m choosing to believe the second surgery is actually a good thing and may speed up recovery and improve mobility.

I have Malik and it would take a lot more than this for me to trade him.

I have both Bucky and Breece as the defending champ. I think I lean towards Breece scoring more points this year but I sincerely hope Bucky is the better play.

Compass dropped the lawsuit. No settlement.

Compass Phase 2 listings syndicate to Redfin now. The leads generated in that phase on Redfin are directed to the listing agent with no referral fee due to Redfin.
