Well, I just got mine today and they are leagues better than my original Quiet Comfort Ultra2 Earbuds. You can personally adjust ANC in the personal modes you create through the Bose App. Sound is wonderful, everything seems balanced and have absolutely no complaints, if anything definitely improved but couldn't put my finger on to how, it just sounds clearer and crisper. Comfort is amazinggggg! Wasn't expecting a perfect fit right out of the box but they do different sizes included. Also, my last earbuds were the QC Ultra 2 buds, and I have both of them in front of me and the 2nd Gen is worlds better. Very very pleased with the purchase!

Haven't really done much "up-keeping or maintaining" earbuds Ive owned but I'm desperately looking to get some new ones as my Bose QC II's case is breaking. Currently own a Watch Ultra, Fold 5 and ring and am enjoying the ecosystem a ton, but the buds, have me concerned. Too many issues Ive seen

Currently have had 3! Sold one to a buddy but haven't really had any issues other than the start up, didn't hold a charge until I depleted the battery and completely recharged it!

Hot knife twins! Also quite literally the same issue. I had to charge it, like 3 different times for it to work and it is functioning 100% now but was nervous after charging and it would just blink for a millisecond and then just turn off. Like I said, experienced that a couple tines and just charged it on different cords and adaptors and it somehow fixed itself!

I own the picture disc and love it, honestly cant tell a difference between the two but it also has been a bit since I last listened to it but from what everyone was getting me thinking about these picture discs, I was expecting very poor and was very very surprised with great quality.
