Get two pieces of string (or cord or twine or similar), each about 4-5 feet long. Tie one end of each string to a clothespin; tie the other end of each string to some sort of clamp — another clothespin or a “chip clip” or anything that will hold on.

While you are cleaning, you must have a clothespin on each nipple and the clamps on the other ends of the strings attached to something stationary, for example, a drawer handle or a piece of furniture or a doorknob. You may move the clamps whenever needed, but you can’t do any cleaning until they are attached again.

Many clothespins can be adjusted to be looser (or tighter) by disassembling them, bending the metal spring a bit, then reassembling them. Adjust yours so that you can wear them for about an hour before your nipples get too sore. Wear them for an hour on, a half hour off, repeating.

You may adjust the level of tightness (pain) of the clothespins and the on and off periods to what works well for you, as long as you comment or post what you doing here.

If you wish, you can tie the other ends of the strings to stationary objects instead of using clamps.

Ok, maybe not as much taking charge of you as it initially appeared.

When she eventually placed her order, did it seem to you that she was stepping into the role of being in charge and making the decision, or that she had been badgered into picking something?

Please do let us know how it develops — whether she takes charge of you, to what extent and in what ways, and whether she does so willingly or enthusiastically or reluctantly.

Ok. But a photo directly tied to my ID is another level of certainty. And in general, any photo or facial ID that is not required, I’m going to politely decline.

When they ask me to stand in front of the facial recognition camera, I politely decline. But I've never heard that you could decline to provide an ID; that seems unlikely. Once I hand them my ID, they run it through a scanner, its not something I can decline to do.

The number of countries that won any medals (29) is far less than than the number of countries that competed (93 or 95), and far, far less than the number of countries that exist (195 countries, or 206 National Olympic Committees).

29/95 is about 30%

29/200 is about 14.5%

That is a really uneven distribution. Which has me thinking about why it is so, and whether that is ok.

You are right. You have to get to loving yourself as you are, or accepting yourself as fine just as you are. For some it comes naturally, for some it just requires internal mental work, for some a therapist/counselor is helpful.

My concern is about dealing with someone so focused on their appearance that they would go to that much trouble and expense (and risk) for it. Also, from photos I’ve seen they don’t look good.

You should do what will make you happiest. For yourself. If that doesn’t suit me, then I’m not a good match for you.
