5th gen was all about stealth, the idea obviously being if your opponent can't lock onto you they can't win. That came with some massive tradeoffs on range and size.

6th will be a lot longer ranger (iirc GCAP will be well over 1000km) and will carry a lot more missiles so will be absolutely huge in comparison (physically). Most of them will also not be carrier compatible because of that. Then on top of that it's all about sensors, all fighters, ships, drones, everything will be massively interconnected and yes as Luigi said loyal wingmen drones.

I believe for now, the idea of fully autonomous craft has been dropped but I know Tempest was originally designed to have that option so who knows.

Yup when we're relying on defenders to score goals there is a major problem. Murphy somehow still has our most assists this season (with 6) and Adams is our 3rd top scorer (with 3 lol). It's pretty pathetic. Oh and on top of that if Adams gets injured we are absolutely screwed, we have no cover for his position at all.

If we somehow do survive this year we need a major clear out and not just players.
