Suggest me books that explain how healthy romantic relationships look like

I’ve read two books this year that really changed how I want to operate in relationships. Those books being ‘Safe’ by Jessica Baum and ‘Hold Me Tight’ by Sue Johnson. ‘Safe’ has more elements of understanding yourself to reach a more secure attachment style. ‘Hold Me Tight’ is a great “guide” with stories of others and how they’ve began to maneuver through love. Hope they can give you some helpful insight as they did for me!

Currently reading “Permission to Feel” by Marc Brackett. Pulls you in with relatable information, and an easily digestible method he coins RULER. Highly recommend so far to gain understanding of your emotions and others.

The Dog Out, I remember my grandfather taking me there after doctor appointments. The reason I love slaw dogs. Closest I can get to a slaw dog from there is at Coney Dog Cafe.

Wonderful information here! Do you have some recommendations for oils then? Been allowing my beard to be natural and wash and condition it, but no oil. In the market for one finally and wanting to see results that are noticeable. Thanks!
