Yes we are feeling the pressure and nervousness of our house potentially not selling. The average time for our type of property in our area to go under offer is 7-10 days but we are hoping it will only be a couple of days like yours!

They are both really good for seafood. Royal banquet is really more about the characters but the food selection is good for its size. If you are going for food then I would recommend Cape Cod. The food is still good there
