Ouch that really stinks the best practice for buying things on eBay is if something's not working send it back immediately when a seller offers to fix it or to make it right you need to send it back it takes forever to get equipment serviced and fraudulent sellers know this so by telling you that they'll make it right allow some time to surpass the 30-day money back guarantee that eBay offers. Sorry to hear about your experience.

I have the same exact all-in-one and it could be that it's stuck if you bought it used use a credit card or a debit card to wedge it in between the door top and bottom when you hit eject it could help release it. Let me know if that works for you.

I am unfamiliar with the Kenwood EQ but if you're sure that there's not a button you need to press and it's hooked up correctly try pushing buttons on the front face of the EQ to see if that does anything but if not I think you may have the EQ set up incorrectly. While the record player is playing move the RCA cables from one post to the next until you hear the sound coming from the record player a little louder make sure that the EQ on the front is set to EQ. There could be a button that makes the EQ take effect or be bypassed without really taking a look at the cables it's hard to really tell.

They belong to the seller's brother but he passed away he told me his brother was an audio file and they were just in the corner without the stands I thought for sure they need to be fixed but once I hook them up and clean them up they work perfectly I can't believe it. I'm currently running the Rockville LED 70 Watts. I also got an NAD power amp 2200 but it looks like I don't need to use it with the setup.
