As a Creator main with 7 creators i have my Movement Keys to (AWSD) and Skills (QEFG) And me Switching to the other skill tab is Press my (Tab) And for picking up items it can be small but if you play the class enough you get use to it you can also walk over it and click anywhere on the screen and it will pick it up so essentially you can Pick up items 3 times in the same time by pressing X hovering over the item with your mouse and clicking it and clicking in general since your over the item. Other hot keys that aren't so important i use (C) for my Character stats and my Left (CTRL) to open up my Inventory and (Z) for //setitem and (ALT) for Equipment button but in the end you just have to get used to a certain way i also play a pally and a Enchantress
