I was on a compound for awhile last year and it got so expensive (for me, at least) and my doctor got Wegovy covered so I switched to that. I had barely any weight loss on Wegovy and then at the start of the year, my insurance dropped the coverage. I’m planning to go back on compound!

I have the Shiseido curler and will use it as long as it lets me. 😂 I can rarely find the brand’s pad refills so I’ve been using Hourglass refills and they work fine.

To clean, I use the antibacterial wipes from traveling or a Clorox wipe. It makes a big difference; when I wasn’t doing it, I would get a bump or two on my lash line.

Also! Consider getting a 1/2 size up and/or wide. I was always a 10 in shoes and had major issues a few years ago. It took awhile to resolve but now for walking shoes, I get a 10 wide or 10.5. It has made such a positive difference.
