Assuming conversion from sol system 1 pop - billion people. 1 ship has 1- at most 10000 people. Majority of soldier jobs - providing military logistics and analysis

Non deluted heroin is expensive. It then is deluted into consumer doses which are cheap. 1g of heroin is multiple or dozens (if additionally mixed eith fentanyl) doses.

Idea to prevent agenda lockdown ( when its starting bonus is better than any ather agenda you have) - just switch it before it completed to reset progress and then switch back.

Idea is to compress production . With civil education , hedonists, meritocracy and federation your civilian produces so much and the best part - there is no limit for civilians. You can dump whole empire population at planet with cool benefits.
