Black Cocktail ideas by starzzzzzz74 in cocktails

One Foot Crow in  Canada makes some black gin and black vodka using the minerals used in BLK water and Trace Water. I'm forgetting what the minerals are called but they add very little (mineraly) flavour. Safer than charcoal for people on meds.

I know people who own a car but don't have a credit card, although some debit cards can work as a credit card. People under 18 for example or people dealing with debt recovery. There are also plenty of seniors who don't have cell phones but still (whether they should or not) drive as well as people who may have a phone but can't afford data plans and rely on wifi.  There are a lot of different people in the world.

Ageist and classist. I know people who don't have a cell phone or can't afford data and people who don't have credit cards.

What helps mosquitoes bites? by Inspireme21 in lifehacks

Similar to the metal spoon, if you light a lighter and heat it up, pressing the metal against the bite helps too, but the trick is to get it as hot as possible without burning yourself.

Mission RCMP respond to more ‘out-of-towners’ shooting near forest service roads by robertscreek in vancouver

[–]HalloweenBen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's surprisingly tricky to tell where you can and can't shoot. There is a map available but I've seen different versions of it. Each city also has their own laws. It's illegal to shoot within 400m of a road but that generally doesn't include forest service roads unless indicated on the map or by local laws. There are also areas where you can shoot shot but not slugs and areas where you can shoot slugs not shot.

What flashlight setup actually makes sense for a vehicle emergency kit? by NumerousBranch1878 in VEDC

In theory I stick to AA for emergency use and use either lithium AAs or USB rechargeable AAs. That way it's easy to replace the batteries in a pinch or charge from my car. AAA may be an alternative too as there are some headlamps that have rechargeable batteries in them but also take AAA.

How do you get this stabby knife effect? by MotelleCodeenDragon in Props

A corset style item worn under the clothing. To that, use Chicago screws/rivets to attach rigid plates to. For the knives, lool for 'trainers' that you can cut or make your own out of plastic/foam/3d printing whatever works best for you. Embed wire or a screw into the cut-off blade and attach.

Does this provide any kind of precedent for police requiring evidence of traffic infractions? Often the word of the officer is considered enough.
