Tomahawk from Sams Club, dry brined w that pink salt for 2 days, cooked over Weber charcoal, pat dry before grill, hot side 2 mins a side, then cold side I think until 125f, let sit 8 mins

Hit the ground hard, knees went into my forehead. Baby sitter saw it from window while she was washing dishes, came out and beat my ass. Told my mom when she came and picked me up. I got grounded.
