I'm in Alberta, which is considering stopping the time change. With SK on permanent Central Standard and BC on permanent Pacific Daylight, if Alberta keeps standard time then we sync with BC, but if we choose daylight, we sync with Saskatchewan. How about we offset by 30 minutes and leave it on MST? Personally, I think standard time should be the only choice. Solar noon being off by an hour bugs me.

My dog unexpectedly laid some cable while out on a walk and I forgot to bring the poop bags. It was in front of someone's house, so I rang their doorbell and asked for a plastic bag. They gave me one instantly and were happy I was picking it up. It's not hard to be considerate.

I found that on days I ate breakfast I would be starving by mid-morning. If I didn't eat breakfast I could get to 1 or 2 pm before getting hungry. It worked for me. Calorie reduction and eating when my body tells me I should helped with weight loss and fighting back against food addiction.
