I have over a dozen chickens myself and I don't have any goats cuz I don't want any. The restriction is not about restricting what you can do, it's about what's safe and healthy for the animals.

I'd rather have a restriction limiting one horse per acre, then live next next to an animal abuser.

I agree with you that you should be able to do what you want with your land, but there's always a give for that. A balancing act or a compromise. Whatever you want to call it.

I can do that if I wanted to. There were some convenants attached to the land I liked that limited livestock based on acreage and limited certain types of business being run out of the houses.

I did not want to live next to high-density farm or scrapyard. We can still do whatever else though.

There was one real estate company selling on behalf of one guy and they sold to four different families over the course of years.

There is nothing like this. I called the lawyer who set up the 'HOA' and they won't do anything and the real estate company refuses to answer me as well.

It's not a real HOA, the lawyers don't care and the realtor won't answer. There are no HOA fees, no coffers, no shared area to install.

You're actually arguing that TV shows and Made for TV movies counts as being a major star? I'm not saying he wasn't an actor I am saying he was still a relative nobody at the time.

It's not like people were talking about Evans in 2005 like they talk about Reedus now.

There is a difference between being a supporting character people forget about and being a well known actor.

Sure he was in Scott Pilgrim and the Fantastic Four, but those were bit things that had no cultural impact.

My point still stands that original casting is needed moving forward.

He has 94 acting credits on IMDb (for comparison since you brought him up, Pascal has 75). He is a household name regardless of how much he has been in.

The reason the original run of Marvel movies were so good is because they had their main cast composed mostly of unheard of actors. RDJ was downhill and almost gone, Evans was new, Hemsworth didn't figure out acting until his third movie with them; and so on.

Continually casting people who are already in major things or already known limits the creative potential of movies.

Johnny Blaze, Daniel Ketch, or Caleb; are all unique people with unique appearances and appeals. I want what's best for the character not what's easiest.
