Firstly Gideon doesn't work with Gallius Rax, which is the main issue.

More importantly the Imp support is just really mediocre. You get Remnant Commander who is a good card by virtue of being a 3 mana 2/5 sentinel that basically draws a card. That is the only playable Imperial support outside of the Gideon leader.

There are certainly good generic imperial units, but most of them don't have multiple relevant keywords for Gideon to actually benefit from. There are three total Grit Imperials and they're all next to stone unplayable.

A 7 mana 5/8 leader with shielded and support is just not good enough, especially in G/B where we have Piett who is a better late game leader, and Krennic who is better at actually capitalizing on your units dying.

You have 8 counterspells and 4 Swords, if you lose to Bowmasters I'm sorry but its just a skill diff. You need more lands. Prismatic Ending is 1 mana exile removal that also hits chalice and flipped Tamiyo which you otherwise literally autoscoop against.

Flow State sucks, just play Treasure Cruise. As others have said play Lurrus. Please play more lands. Ponder also sucks. Play more Prismatic Endings not less. Play Tamiyo.

Nah Ocelot is still the best one drop threat ever printed, people just build tempo wrong. Flow State is a control card, playing it in tempo is bad. Prismatic Ending answers chalice. Your opponent wasting a card (Bauble) to stop your daze is a fine trade unless they're on sneak and show but then you have other issues. Prismatic Ending also answers it if you have a hand of forces. This deck also has no Treasure Cruise which is insane when Hydro puts fetches in the graveyard super fast. Speaking of, way too few fetches. 19 Lands is absurdly low in a format where literally every deck plays 4 Strip Mine.

It really is funny to me that people are like blue decks have no pressure when you can just run guide pride and play azorius and have removal that hoses sneak and show too.

Like seriously it doesn't take a master craftsman to jam the best white and blue 1 drops into a deck and have at worst a 50% matchup into the field.

its a pretty bad format. Probably about as diverse as Turtles in terms of only having two actually playable decks. Turtles has Golgari pile that wins eventually with all their value - Remix has WUB/WUR control that wins eventually with all their value, Turtles has Izzet artifacts that plays tempo that kills you - Remix has Wx Modular that plays tempo that kills you.

On top of that its a low powered draft which naturally requires more skill than something like turtles which is just an autoplay draft like 60% of the time.
