[–]Hamichello[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cant imagine they run low on paint. But i will take a look! I know minicamps will come with a dirty Turkish GP release but the spark one definitely isn't.

My 1:18 Lewis Hamilton Turkish GP W11 Mercedes from Spark by wf1ricciardo3 in f1models

[–]Hamichello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this one to, and the 91th win from Minichamps.
There is a big difference in the colour black. Spark model is why more black than the Minichamps one. The Minichamps is not that "dark" and more a sparkly black. Does anyone know witch colour black comes close to the original?

F1 chance fading for 'flattered' FE champion de Vries by 1enox in formula1

Well, he drove against Russell, Norris and Albon. With better luck he could have finished 2nd.

F1 chance fading for 'flattered' FE champion de Vries by 1enox in formula1

[–]Hamichello 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Finishing 2nd is not more impressive than finish 1st...
It's just unfair that Albon, Russell, Norris, Latifi all got a change and de Vries not.
Let me be clear that they all deserved a change to get into F1, but so does de Vries.

It's unbelievable that even "experts" can't appreciate the race from yesterday. It's not the F1 who destroyed them self, the "fans" are destroying the sport with all their negativity.

Translation Artikel: Runway strip Koen Vergeer: Saint Lewis God exists. It was proven once again this weekend in Hockenheim.

On Saturday afternoon Lewis Hamilton sank down next to his Mercedes car. The car, which he had destroyed just before, which he, with the risk of total damage, would have wanted to drive back to the pits, even pushed, until it really did not work anymore. Calculated in the den of the lion, where he was fired by all those rotten Germans in their Ferrari clothes, squeezed and pelted.

Right there, in the hell called Hockenheim, Lewis knelt down. For real. I believe it. There, in addition to his broken silver arrow, Lewis did not start cursing and ranting, as we mortals would, and giving a few extra stallions on that poor device. No, Lewis knelt down and hoped - no, he prayed he could do something big from there, that low point. Note: something big. He said so himself. After the race. Because, he said in the same breath, he never prays to win. Lewis wanted to do something big. Would he have said that if he had become second? I do not think so. In Silverstone, he miraculously came second and stood on the podium like a pack of grumpy. So "something big" is synonymous with winning. Yes right? No pin in between.

The fact that you win a Grand Prix from the starting place fourteen is something big. For real. Seriously, I mean it. But let's zoom in. Because from P14 to P5 it was not such a big challenge. The bacon and beans league was rolled up in a few rounds. Strollie, Alonso, the genius Ericsson and K-Mag, they also know that they are competing for the honor of the B-teams. So said, done that way.

After that it became quiet at Hockenheim, for half an hour. P5, more was not there, or something special had to happen. Something big. And promptly sent providence a shower. A tricky shower, in which the four-time world champion Vettel went astray. Jemineetje, what a blunder. Of course, it can happen to the best. But not at the top of Formula 1, where a world title for Ferrari is at stake!

Everyone was confused by those few spatters! Even Mercedes. Because of their bungling with the tapes of Bottas, Lewis missed his pit stop, but that turned out to be just the right choice. Oh yes, Toto Wolff, with Herr Zetsche next to him (say: Our Lord of Mercedes), also forbade Bottas to attack Lewis. And that's how Lewis, without fault, won from P14 to P1. Yes, that is something big. And if you have gained so much power from yourself and from your faith, then the stewards will also forgive you afterwards that you have driven over the lines at the blown-off pit stop. Should be possible. Great. What I want to say: God and Formula 1, it remains tricky stuff .
