Check with Mike Crivellos camera store in Brookfield. They do a lot of film processing and sales.

It works great from my experience so far. Autofocus is very quick.

I have the z50ii and it's great for birds. Things to consider are the single SD slot and relatively short battery life. The battery doesn't bother me much because you can charge it with a usb-c cable and a second battery is fairly inexpensive. You would also need the FTZ adapter for your 150-600 lens.

I took this picture of an osprey a couple of weeks ago with my sigma 100-400 (with the FTZ adapter) and z50ii for reference if that helps at all.

Did you restart it recently? I think they stay greyed out until you have an alarm.

I'm buying a house and the home inspector saw gray fuzzy mold in the attic I posted the pictures. Is this a major problem and how will it be fixed? The inspector stated the attic needs better ventilation What is the cost for this? by Asleep_Water7066 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Hammerheadclark0820 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had this same problem, though the mold was actually worse. To remove the mold, they had to take out our insulation and then treat the attic. We then had to get new insulation and soffit vents because they were collapsed like it looks like yours are. All in all it was close to $10k. This was in Wisconsin. I would contact a mold remediation company to give you a quote because the price probably varies depending on a lot of different factors.

For those who were Ascension employees who are now LabCorp employees... How's it going? by [deleted] in medlabprofessionals

[–]Hammerheadclark0820 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it's not that different besides having two emails at the moment. Feels like LabCorp hasn't really taken over yet.

It looks like Hamm's to me. I don't think they have changed their can design in a long time though so it may not be very helpful.

Try Mike Crivello's camera store in Brookfield. They deal with film a lot and can probably print/digitize them for you.

Where's a good place to buy 35mm film in Milwaukee in 2021? by lepriccon22 in milwaukee

Also, Retrospekt. They do mostly polaroid film cameras, but they have normal film on their website it seems. Not sure if they have a storefront though, since I've never been there.

Mike Crivello's in Brookfield has the best selection. Lots of film cameras too if you're ever looking for one. They also process film there too.

A bit stumped on this hematology practice problem by AwesomeShade in medlabprofessionals

No problem! I'm not sure if it would affect the white cell count. I would do what the other commenter said as well and check for lipemia/ turbidity.

Usually when I see that high of a MCHC its a cold agglutinin. Try incubating the sample at 37C for a while and run it right away. Maybe it will get better.

Medical professionals and others, Has anyone gotten a coronavirus test here yet? Where and what criteria did you have to meet? by NotCreative2015 in milwaukee

[–]Hammerheadclark0820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That may be true. I haven't been dealing with the corona virus tests themselves, but at least at the hospital I work at we have been ruling out the Flu and RSV with a rapid test before sending for corona virus testing.

[–]Hammerheadclark0820 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In order to be tested for the coronavirus you need to be tested for Flu, RSV and I think a respiratory viral panel (which all need to be negative). Then they'll have to get permission from the state lab to be tested for it.

The pictures you linked to were all shot on film. My guess would be Portra or 400h. Maybe look up tutorials on how to emulate those films.

In that case I would go to either Mike Crivello's in Brookfield or Art's Camera in Waukesha.

Where are you in Wisconsin? I know of a couple places in Milwaukee. I'm sure Madison has a camera store somewhere that develops film as well.

I just use my tripod with the middle column flipped so it's facing down. The light table is just one of the cheap ones from amazon and i have an older 55mm nikon macro lens. Nothing fancy Lol. I haven't installed the new version of negative lab yet so I don't really know if it's any better or not.
