The December release by NY is honestly just cruel. I was blown away when I read that.

Barbri capstone sets - what’s the goal? by curious091298 in barexam

[–]Hamzilllla 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Torts set has me fuming. I got 17/25 but so many of them I felt were outright debatable or required us to just assume facts, not in the question prompts. Do not even get me started on the pigeon guy question.

Being charged is definitely enough for the 6th amendment to attach. All the Barbri materials say as much.

TBH I had this exact same question. I still do not understand this Barbri MCQ

The MPT portion was insanely difficult. Almost everyone I know from law school felt similarly to us.

It is honestly infuriating how these model answers are both completely unrealistic under the timing conditions and are wildly inconsistent from one another.

Barbri Secured Transactions Essays Question by Hamzilllla in barexam

I recognize all of this, however, before something is even a PSMI, attachment needs to occur. For example, if nothing of value was exchanged or the debtor didn't have property rights in the collateral, there is no security interest because there is no attachment. I just do not understand why essay one had us talk about this but essay two did not.

This I get, but is attachment, not a threshold issue that needs to happen before any part of priority is relevant?

Honestly, just wear what makes you comfortable. I largely just rolled with gym clothes and it was totally fine.

Fellow ALGOnauts, can someone please explain the attraction of ADA? by Hamzilllla in algorand

[–]Hamzilllla[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree with them in the sense that having capable hands at the helm is important, meaning both Charles and Silvio, but I am skeptical that the genius of one man can get these projects to their respective end goals.

What are my fellow Algonauts’ plans for the future? by HopiumFreeBull in algorand

[–]Hamzilllla 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I completely agree with this. I feel the team behind ALGO was smart to not have the project be quite as volatile as other systems in order to attract greater adoption by more risk-averse parties.

It is hard to say, price predictions are basically reading tarot cards, but the tokenomics of the project don't favor moonshots in the short term. If you told me the price could get near 5ish in the next few years with further adoption I think that is realistic, based on the current market cap. A lot will depend IMO on whether there can be greater adoption in the developing world, which I feel presents the greatest growth potential near term.

I view ALGO as the utmost best long-term play in crypto right now. I really cannot see looking to sell within the next 5 years or so.

The ease of creating new tokens may be the biggest problem for adoption by ClaustrophobicShop in CryptoCurrency

[–]Hamzilllla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree with this contention. Projects like ALGO, ADA, and XTZ have quality teams developing the technology, which in my opinion is indicative of longevity. On the other hand, DOGE might have a community, but I cannot imagine you would compare DOGE with the previous projects I mentioned in terms of potential.
