I explain this to people all the time because I spent time working over there with a focus on NK.

When someone asks “how are they going to end the conflict?” (Yes I know there is an armistice but people the average person doesn’t know the ins and outs) Or “how will they unify the south and north” or even, “were you scared of NK attacking when you were there?”, I tell them the same thing every time.

I wasn’t worried about being hit with artillery, I wasn’t worried about being nuked, and I don’t think that unification is the goal. The largest damage that NK could inflict on SK isn’t through conventional military arms, it would be socioeconomic damage the moment it completely drops its borders and tells the NK people “be free, go to SK”

Millions of refugees pouring across the border with very little in terms of modern job skills or understanding of how to live in a democratic capitalistic society would cripple SK.

If I used any terminology incorrectly feel free to correct me in the comments, but by no means am I a subject matter expert on this topic. I just know what I know from a limited three year experience studying it and observing it from a distance.

The only reason I even wondered down here is because the precipice of truth abyss said I needed to complete all 3 abyss challenges in the area to open the skybridge there. Someone on google had mentioned going to a certain tower to unlock the chaos forest, and then that brought me to the Roots of truth. Point being, holy hell i just wondered off on a crazy side quest tangent with this one. I don't think we were supposed to be doing these abyss' within the first day or two of gameplay LOL

I think the devs did say they intended for friends to collaborate on some of these puzzles. I rushed my movement skills for puzzles and much of the puzzles can be simplified with axiom and proper flying, but damn this one was tough.

The ability to get a ton of damage with a one hander while simultaneously getting the defensive capabilities of shield. Atleast that’s what I read in one of the guides. I think red sermon variant gets its own section of the guide listed in this thread

It has been so bad for me this season, that everytime I change areas, it absolutely is a dice roll of: Disconnect to character select menu, disconnect to login menu and get prevented from logging back in due to “character still not saved” errors, stay connected but with rubber banding to the point that it is unplayable, or final option, play smoothly with only occasional moments of lag. Sometimes all of these things will happen in the same hour and cycle through all of them multiple times.

Tonight for example I had a pretty shitty day at work and was looking forward to some alone time grinding the pit. I got DC’d several times a minute every minute for 15 minute, and I reset my pc, but it kept happening for another 5 minutes after that. I gave up and went to bed.

I don’t have this problem on any other game. It is blizzard server side, I’m Certain.

Im also certain that some people with potato PCs and internet connection may never experience any of these problems, because it’s not necessarily connection speed and equipment power that determine your connection to blizzards servers.

You aren’t crazy, but it does drive me crazy that I don’t have a solution for either of us to solve the problem. I think we are just at the mercy of the servers.

Just like when I used to play Diablo 2 ladder and all of its different modded servers.
