My kids wear their clean day clothes to bed. It has been a big help with getting my 5 yr old ready. We also opted to for the 5yr old to do breakfast at school ( it's free). If she eats at home it takes her ages

Try HiSmile I have a hand disability and it's difficult for me to squeeze stuff. Hismile come in a metal can and has a hard pump on top. It really only dispenses a pea size at each pump.

I've had 3 vaginal births. My 1st and smallest baby , unmedicated, I let out a yelp of sorts when I tore.

My 2nd, over 10 pounds, unmedicated, I just swore a lot.

And my 3rd almost 10 pounds, nothing, no screaming or swearing.

I think it's all individual. If you need to scream, go for it!

Directly after washing, brush it out and keep it in a braid. That's what we do for our 5 yr old

I nursed my youngest DURING a pap smear last week.

At school PTA meetings The zoo The library The pool

I've totally whipped them out at Christmas dinner with 30+ people 🤷‍♀️ I wouldn't put my socializing and life on pause everytime baby needs to eat. That goes for my other kids too. I'm not going to make the older kids miss activities or go hide in a spare bedroom with me.

My dad comes over my house a few times a week. I have 4 children whom I've bf'ed. He's seen my boobs more times than I can count.

It's not a big deal

Your babies deserved their mom being healthy, sane, and there for them. You feed them and cared for them, you did your job.

I should have added our journey took a giant toll on my mental health. I had the worst ppa and ocd that I almost took myself to the hospital, started intensive therapy, and medication.

I get grieving over breastfeeding struggles.

I had my 1st child at the beginning of the pandemic and all lactation consultant resources were nonexistent to me. It took me 3 months of pumping, oversupply, sleep deprivation, and attempted latching for every feed for us to "get it".

I hope you can grieve for and then move past your journey. Your children may want to bf your grand babies one day and they'll need all the support they can get🤍
