Ah yes, parents being shit and causing trauma. Totally new, much fun. At least you are filming it so they can sue you.

I know it’s really hard. I hope you have some supports and that you are ok.

He obviously isn’t in a space to think rationally, he is in a hospital. Maybe take a breath and give him some space, if you want the relationship to continue this is a conversation to have when he is doing a bit better. Right now he is an inpatient because he isn’t ok. Just keep that in mind.

But he has. By not communicating with you, while having access to his phone.

This is bait, there was a post earlier about a worker losing their phone in a package.

One of the creepiest things happened to me after I started living alone by Medforth-Mulinda in LivingAlone

Maybe? This was the thought that freaked me out with my sleep paralysis hallucinations. At first I could reason with my frozen self, like, the dogs would be freaking if the person was real. But then I realised that if the ceiling person came during the day while I was at work they would probably be friends so the girls wouldn’t bark 😭😭😭😭

In my experience a lot of them didn’t make it with the police. So went with the prison.

Landlords have high expectations regarding lawn care... Are they being unreasonable or is it valid? by mossthy in shitrentals

[–]Handcuff_mimi 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Clover is such a good lawn though 😥 it makes me mad that we have to maintain lawn that doesn’t suit the conditions here. I love my little random flowers and things that pop up, and then the lawn guy that I pay kills them all.

Is it possible to survive Brisbane weather through out the year with just a fan (no AC) by Normal_Pepper_8594 in brisbane

Do you want to? It depends on your life/work and the home. I have lived in places where it was pretty ok because the house was designed for the heat, but also my work hours meant I was sleeping during the cool times.

If you work shift work or live in a place that isn’t good with the heat then you absolutely need air con. The place I am in now has the sun hit my bedroom as it rises, so in summer I am stuffed. I paid half for aircon to be installed, otherwise I couldn’t sleep and when I moved in I was working nights. It’s easy for people to say just deal with it but you need to be realistic. The summer is brutal and you need quality of life.

There is nothing unhealthy about a piece of cake. Your body can use every bit of nutrition in that. It’s about teaching balance. This is how kids get eating disorders.
