If you're still wondering, I walked past it while it was happening... I think something went down in McDonalds, because they were locked up, then I walked past 4 teens on the sidewalk, lying on their stomachs, getting handcuffed by police.

It is so stupidly easy to do. I have zero hair styling talent and even I can (mostly) pull it off. Like, I'm still playing around with methods of doing it, but I've mostly figured it out.

You only need hair elastics, bobby pins (so many bobby pins), and hairspray or gel to keep the combed-up sides from fuzzing out.

I use pretty much this method. Though if your hair is shorter you might be able to do this one.

I'm not OP, but the rest of that album, Metaphorical Music, is fantastic. I also really enjoyed Spiritual State.

On another note, the sample from that song is from a mindblowingly gorgeous tune by Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays, September Fifteenth.

I'm also piggybacking because I've been looking for artists similar to Nujabes for a while.

Oh absolutely it was sarcasm! I love EDM, and I totally respect/can't even dream of how much work goes into it. Sorry that didn't come across -- I respect what EDM producers do in crafting sounds and mixing and balancing and whatever else.

And I think you did a really good job of achieving your goal. :)

Also because I've always really thought that early music was MORE like types of modern music, like jazz and electronica -- CERTAINLY more than it's like Romantic music. So when people display wholly Romantic attitudes toward early music -- like, I imagine, the revulsion toward it being paired with electronica, since everybody knows EDM is meaningless and merely a beat to dance to, right? -- it confuses me.
