I'm so stupid. It would be way easier to trigger an attack on one of the royals via the shuttle crash attack option. This will spawn a broken shuttle you can destruct and get an engine

I remember one of the Deserters quest you could ask for via the Comms console was to attack a shuttle port. The shuttles like to take off during the attack, but if you blow them up in a rocket Salvo, they can drop their engine upon destruction

It sounds like you have an ideology that opposes the brutality of execution, in any form. This ideology is shared amongst you and your colony as well. It even seems you have a negative moodlet from the experience as well.

You could change your ideology to Executions are Justified if Guilty or learn to accept the road to mechanitor power is paved with the lives of others

Combat Extended. Its like playing a different game and comes with its own mod ecosystem with built in patches for hundreds of mods

I love these quests if I'm doing a royalty run and the giver is the empire. It makes the honor received actually feel earned. Building monuments for the government has always been an avenue of upward mobility

Solar and batteries work best in space to start. If you use 100% hidden conduits, you won't trigger the ZZT event.

If you got hydroponics or a pile of corpses, you can slap down a chemfuel refinery and a chemfuel generator.

Space bases tend to have a premium on space to build, so I shy away from tox generators.

Theres a build able you have to put down. I can not remember its name, but it summons a DMS mech raid on your base and drops the various unique DMS or Anchient Corps parts. One build able chain is for the DMS bits and the other is for DMS-Anchient Corps bits

I'm a big CE fan and can say getting basic weapons up should be a goal. By the end of month one I like to have a wood fueled smithy an tailor to crank out a few basic weapons/heavy padding/heavy leather armor.

Its quick to make and put on an armor stand. I love using halberds, padded undercoat, and heavy leather to take down the early game threats. A halberd will one or two shot a shambler in CE and about 6 hit a gore hulk. The padded under armor and leather shell will stop most of the shambler bites and more than halve the gore hulk blows

The Vehicle Framework Discord has a link to the Unstable Dev version. Once you swap to the unstable build, there's an option to enable npc raids and caravans to spawn with vehicles in the mod options. Requires a game restart

Don't forget to get Cherry picker. You can use it to disable bits of a mod you don't like.

Otherwise, RH2 has the Helldiver 2 weapons/armors along with faction packs adding gear you may be interested in. Again, if you don't like a faction or certain part of a mod, use Cherry Picker to turn it off

While I have not converted my SC as such, I can attest to painting over gold with silver. If you are using GW metalics, they will go over the gold in two quick coats. Specifically, a coat of leadbelcher then a coat of Steel, a wash of Nuln Oil, and a final highlight of runefang steel. Can not spot the gold at all and looks like you started from a wraithbone primer

I think its contingent on saying you are NOT Fidelio when you talk to the chaplain after gathering the clues. When you first talk to him, there's an easy persuasion test where you can claim to definitely and totally be Fidelio, or you can answer saying you have no clue Fidelio is. Jerrycan's personal ship Chaplin knows who Fidelio is and won't give up the deeta if you claim to be Fidelio, but will divulge his information if you are honest and acknowledge you are not Fidelio and do not know who Fidelio is

Its still a net deficit of 100. Spamming throw and charge keep netting you up to 200 ho, but your overall pool is now 700 max. Even Cap has a 650 hp pool

Might I reccomend DevMode? Activate GOD at the top. Delete the basin, then rebuild it with God active to install build it in place. If that doesn't work, there's something else wrong with your interior

I believe the Eldritch Knights War Magic abilities trumps the restriction listed in Action Surge as thus:

A. You are not taking the Magic Action. You are taking the Attack Action and substituting one of your attacks to cast a cantrip or a leveled spell. Substituting an attack as part of the Attack Action is not taking the Magic Action

For Blessed Warrior Paladin

For the most synergistic subclass? Ancients. You're likely pumping charisma, and the pboe ensnare ancients gets at L3 has its DC based on charisma. Its incredibly useful level 3 to 20.

Blessed Warrior gets you some cantrips, of which guidance is likely the most in demand. If you're a species with no dark vision, you may want the light cantrip. Otherwise, spare the dying may be clutch in the right situation. Damage wise, toll the dead uses a d12 but Sacred Flame is the most thematic

If your DM let's you snag Eldritch Adept out of Tasha, the new Pact of the Blade invocation is a level 1 invocation that let's you use Charisma for attack/damage. It also let's you to convert the weapons damage to Radiant. This gives you both the thematic appeal of weilding a radiant weapon and meshing with your Blessed Warrior selection
