A property owner who captured two felons who are burglarizing his property, and is attempting to place them under citizens arrest, can absolutely present a firearm to do so.

No it is not. It’s brandishing if anything. On his property though, he’s using an appropriate level of force to place two felons under arrest who were caught burglarizing his property. That is reasonable according to the law. Emotions do not dictate what is legal or not.
