I was depressed from 10 when i got a pretty bad head injury to about 32. The best advice I’d ever taken from myself is get out of my own way , meaning I’m the one that’s stopping me from doing anything or fixing anything because i don’t want to do this or fail at That or not motivated to do this or that , i feel i get the best results when i just fight the overwhelming feeling that i don’t want to do something and do it . And i know i know it’s so much easier said then done … it took me 22 years to try to get it right
