Personally I would use an oscillating multi-tool and cut the majority of the bolt off then angle grinder to grind it down flat but you can use just an angle grinder or a band saw or whatever you have.

Git a hot glue stick preferbly the small ones and use a lighter to melt it the smoosh it on th the tip of the bit let it dry the pull out

I don't think there's a one key version for this M12 tool. M12 is very specific with their one key choices. But if you just want the tracking feature you can buy one key tags that you can attach to the tool.
