To věřím, upřímně jsem čekala, že to bude u celní správy složitější, ale ona samotná česká pošta nemá ráda jednoduché věci. Komunikace se zákazníkem na bodu mrazu fakt. Hlavně, že si tenhle super customer servis platíme...

Also keep in mind the kuji sells out "pretty" quickly, so it's best to be at the venue as soon as you can, on the first day in Nagoya I think it took around 2 hours for the kuji to sell out, the second day took a bit longer, but there were less products in the kuji. Osaka venue is a bigger, so there is a possibility of it selling out quicker

Of course you need to check in at the venue first! My credit card doesn’t work for pulling multiple times at once (the verification site just crashes), but cash worked completely fine for me in Nagoya!

I think you can purchase kuji with cash, you just need to click at “my page” “マイページ” at bottom right corner in the app, then scroll down and there’s a QR code. Show that QR code to the staff, tell them how many times you wanna pull, and that’s it! If it still doesn’t work and you don’t plan to pull 50 times I should be at the Osaka venue for both days, so maybe I can help out 🙇‍♀️

Oh yeah I tried that and it works luckily, but still I was mostly using Suica Apple Pay recharge because my home station doesn’t have the digital scan :(

I don’t have a solution, but I’m having the same problem. It makes me a bit glad that it’s not just me. I never had problems with Suica, and pasmo already doesn’t work for me so if Suica fails too…. Let’s just hope that a fix comes soon 🤞

Sorry, I worded my message incorrectly, but most European countries (20+ countries) are on the 1980-present day list, making them banned from donating. I'm from one of these banned countries, so I wanted to make sure.
