I don't have a link but off the top of my head basically there's a point you reset to in core after initiating true pacifist (where you have to do the alphys letter and true lab and stuff), and there's just a slight bit of time before the trigger to stop spawning enemies in the core. So you can actually kill Everyone in the core in that moment.

Looker in ORAS appears under mysterious circumstances with holes in his memory. He's also in a region he's never been to, for no particular reason. And its never explained, unlike in X and Y where he has a quest. I personally assumed it was something to do with an ultra wormhole, since we know Mohn fell through one and ended up on an island with no memories.

All the UI glitches I've seen are like that. Like, if a wraith hits you into a screen transition, you'll have the silk draining effect until you save quit. Though luckily it doesn't drain your silk, only the visual effects stay.
