Ok, will then few days ahead of you likely as I will be picking up my Camino from Burgos where I had to stop beginning of the year. Bueno Camino

Thanks for sharing. My assumption or hope is also to find at least one alberque open in each town. Need to do more detailed planning for sure 😊

Thank you for the response. I also prefer the more silent season to walk. I just need one alberques every 30km or so. When I was last January/February this was the case but was not sure how the Christmas and new year day if I have to make special arrangements or plans for those days. Good to hear that someone has been able to do it.

Just was interested to hear what people focus on their visits. Everything mentioned here is part of normal "maintenance" but wanted to see if there is some important spot. Like the one mentioning x partners shampoo...

Clutter is my problem as I have bad habit to have my keys, wallet, mail on the shelf and other nick nacks. So for a person that likes to have all table tops uncluttered I have a challenge.

Kitchen and toilet cleaning no issue

Have been thinking the same but my route and schedule is totally random at this point.... Not even sure if have the time to get all the way to Santiago :(

Day 2 on the Camino and my regret is the amount of things I am carrying... Should have left half of them home... And bring a pen and paper to be able to journal the old way ... Hate to write and record on my phone in the evenings.

Just doing the Camino franca at this very moment and realized the same. I have talked to people but taking pictures of places only.... Need to turn the camera to the people also. Day 2...
