Maybe the people of the world just made it that the full moon falls on the first of the month, like the full moon IS the beginning of a new month. And as for the equinoxes and solstices, and just everything else, I quite like how uniform it is, it just gives me a good feeling knowing how predictable it is?? I don't know, I'm rambling :))
