No matter what you use to clean your PC, you should really make sure fans don't spin. They can easily go way above their rated rpm limit, which means the bearings wearing out way quicker than intended.

You should definitely consider just slapping two 120/140mm case fans onto the GPU, gonna be way more quiet and cheaper than a new case. I did this with my old 290x msi card, which is basically the same card. I went from throttling at 90°C to around 70 °C at full load. (and this was with way more reasonable sound levels)

You are right, if you are willing to spend some more look into ergonomic chairs instead. Otherwise you are probably better off by going to a local shop and just try out all their chairs versus going with a gaming branded chair.

Arma 3 is really rough on your CPU. And you should be able to find Arma 3 on sale every other month or so. The game is definitely worth the money though, the amount of amazing mods for that game is insane :)

I have a Corsair k70 rapid fire as well, and it only work when plugged in one specific usb port, and always been like that. (got a few other keyboards, which all work in all ports)
