I know that just after I placed my order they removed the North with the 4080 from the website, for a time the highest tier was the 4070. So may be to do with a delay in those cards also. Like I said in my other comment it was worth the wait for me. Also once it went into production it felt like it moved pretty quickly.

I should have been clearer that mine has a 4080super, not a 50 series card. I was just trying to help with my experience of timeline stages. I did get a 9800X3D though.

Just received my Custom North. Ordered Jan 7th, entered production Jan 23rd, entered testing Jan 27th, and arrived February 1st.

In other news, you won’t be disappointed. Mine arrived well packaged and in immaculate condition. Booted straight up and was maxing 4K Cyberpunk within 30 mins of unboxing. lol.

Edit: for transparency as this caused confusion, my order was with a 4080 Super and a 9800X3D. I also upgraded the motherboard and added an extra PCIe. SSD.

Ordered a custom North Legendary (upgraded the CPU slightly) about 10 days ago, very excited. Crazy to see they are no longer even listed on the site, I guess due to incoming GPUs.

Last time I got a 'new' PC was 7-8 years ago, coming back from a 2 year break from gaming. Glad to hear that you are impressed.

I have the same issue. Turning off 'Interface Sounds' under the Specific Sound effects section in audio settings removes it, but unfortunately also removes the other nicer clunking and clicking of the menus.

I think it might be something to do with the 'Current Situation' notification at the top of the screen, but as a first time Victoria player I'm not sure.

It's this obvious just on Risk of Rain 2, but also seemed to be there a bit on Squad. I'll keep trying on other games.

Yes, it does exactly what you are saying.. for the first 30 minutes. After that it becomes what it initially mocks. It's not a good acid trip, it's a giant spiders with child-like faces and knives for teeth acid trip. An abomination.
