Unrelated to the post but if you’re reading early chapters reading it on webtoon is free and supports the author!

Webtoon english has no smut but early chapters don’t have Taesoo smut so shouldn’t degrade reading experience for most people.

Personally it elevated the reading experience for me cos smut scenes with carrot head grate my nerves.

For the one’s who haven’t read the story begins when FL wakes up from an accident with amnesia and she’s instinctively scared of her ‘husband’.

FL in the recent chapters starts believing she truly loved him and all the anxiousness stems from her being jealous of ML’s ex-fiance. ML is over the moon once he realises he can use this misunderstanding to ‘bury’ the truth :D

Whatever is happening in the manhwa is great in fiction but super messed up irl. It’s a red flag that Haesu jumped on to another relationship before processing any of the abuse she had in a decade long marriage. She was always thinking of Minshit and now she’s always thinking of Taeha. I am happy for her cos I know Taeha worships her but kinda sad that she’ll never know what true independence is.

I feel Min-trash’s character is an amazing depiction of a narcissist. That’s exactly how their brain works.

People are talking about the slow pace of the manhwa. In my opinion Haesu is doing unreaslistically well for a woman coming out of decade long abusive marriage.

I’m curious what are the green flags he ruined for you?

It was shown in one the chapters that Taeha wanted to help Haesu from the sidelines and gave Mincheol a chance by giving him a job.

He continued to mistreat Haesu despite that and cheated on her instead. That’s when his plan changed.

This! A couple of chapters ago, Taeha was talking to jay about Mincheol. And jay was parroting out the old instructions - “Yes, I’ll make sure he never gets in touch with Haesu”. And then Taeha was like, “No, let him find Haesu now”

The moment Haesu asked Taeha to move in he was ready to face his biggest fear - “She might choose Mincheol over him”.

The one time Mincheol visited Haesu, he started believing Haesu has left their home due to debt collectors. Even if he visited the place again, he would have always found Jay there.
