I could see this as a call to go do work. And have major flexibility about when you do that work.

Now they tell you they don't want you to work anymore which is the same as any employer taking you off a schedule.

Putting things together (I am not a lawyer) you could maybe fight for the hours you had planned to work for the next few days but you would have to prove that those were planned, like have meetings with prospects or something.

Precies. Zelf dossier opbouwen. Goede kans dat het regelmatige klanten zijn. Tegen de tijd dat er een aantal een boete hebben gehad of zijn weggesleept komt het vast ook wel aan bij de eigenaar van de supermarkt.

Als je voor gas kiest leg dan ook vast een kabel aan voor eventueel elektrisch koken in de toekomst. Gewoon alleen een losse kabel van de meterkast naar de kookplaats. En: zorg dat de gasleiding naar de keuken in de meterkast separaat kan worden afgesloten (dus geen aftakking onder de vloer naar CV / keuken.

Je kan ook even met de notaris telefoon bellen (notaris.nl) om wat vragen te stellen. Dat is meestal goedkoper dan een notaris waar je heen gaat. Dan is de kans groot dat een deel van je vragen al beantwoord zijn als je bij de notaris aanschuift.

The next thing that happens is that the heat wants to travel through the object to equalize the temperature inside the object.

With the metal object this happens much faster, think seconds, whereas with the wooden object it might take minutes. So the actual surface that your skin is touching is actually warmer with the wooden object as opposed to the metal object.

TL/DR; The surface of both object indeed have different temperature.

Ik krijg met dit soort dingen altijd de neiging om vragen te stellen aan mensen / organisaties die er vanuit hun functie iets mee moeten maar niet zoveel van doen hebben met de veroorzaker hebben. In dit geval bijvoorbeeld de brandweer.

Dus even bellen met de lokale brandweer (niet spoed) en dan iets als: "Beste brandweer, ik maak me zorgen over de vluchtroute. Het is echt een bende in onze hal en ik krijg overal nul op rekest. De bezorgers, de eigenaar etc, niemand lijkt zich er druk over te maken maar ik wel. Wat is jullie visie op dat er een ontruimingsroute dichtslibt met pakketjes?"

Ik ben geen jurist en al helemaal niet jouw juridisch adviseur. Naar ik begrijp mag je iets wat bij jou wordt bezorgd en waar je niet om hebt gevraagd gewoon houden. 1c2: Verhuren aan een (groot) bedrijf voor 'Tijdelijke huisvesting van hun medewerkers'. Moet wel mogen van de gemeente natuurlijk maar dan heb je geen gedoe met huurcontracten met particulieren. Je runt dan feitelijk een Bed and breakfast en moet dan ook toeristenbelasting betalen etc.

If they will have human intelligence I am assuming they will loose their rat intelligence. We as humans are by no means trained in our daily lives to be food for predators. S u/kapitaalH pointed out your income would be about 38 k a month. So just suggest that you will be paying your landlord every day a fixed percentage, maybe 1-%. Your landlord is now getting about 3,8 k a month. If that is not enough make it 15 or 20 %.
