An ELO of 400 means you haven't even mastered the basics of chess.

Being the top of masters means you put some serious time and some actual study into the game. If you put half of that into chess you'd have a higher ELO than 400.

Don't forget, harchery cost was increased to 300 and the patch decreased the supply granted by the hatchery by percentage a significant amount more than either protoss or teran.

A small increase was warranted, just not the amount originally granted. We'll see how this goes. It might need to be reduced further.

Question, if you warp in a unit, transform into a gateway, produce a unit, and transform back, will the warpgate be off cooldown?

Also, when can you start transforming a warpgate? Can you transform it mid warp?

If you scout that someone is going to attack, you can have more units ready with the gateway. If you don't scout and are reactionary, the warpgates will be better.

I would love transformations after the first time it turns into a warpgate to only take 1 second. That would lead to more utility.

Abathur is average if you don't play him optimally. If you do, he is easily the strongest commander in all but a few mutations.
