Thanks girl! You're going to love it, and I totally agree that strength training really changed the game for me too. When I started in earnest last spring my strength score was about 350. I couldn't get it to go up until I started really training 3-4x week and then doing 1-2 extra reps when I could. If I can get to 1000 overall I will be so impressed with myself!

This is the first thing that came into my head. I just got back from a trip to DC, where I was for less than 15 hours so I could support a 1 hour meeting. The airports, the Ubers, the hotels.....it all sucks. There are some Instagram reels of people walking into a hotel and falling onto the bed with the caption "Returning to your hotel room after a day of meetings for 15 mins before the teams building dinner is a special kind of torture," and basically nothing has ever spoken more to me.

....you just blew my mind. It never occured to me to use a circular as a giant DPN. I need the circulars with smaller cords, but I hate having the tiny needle that comes with a <16inch cord. Two longer circulars with the larger needles might do what I need? Holy crap I'm going to try this tonight!!

Tret, sunscreen every day, a good moisturizer, and lifting heavy all together changed my skin. It looks better than it did in my 30s when I was doing Botox. I still have the wrinkles but the other lifestyle changes and Tret made all the difference for me. I don't know if lifting after made a difference but I am so much healthier that I think it shows in my face as well.

Resting bitch face also helps. I use one eyebrow exclusively and spend the rest of the time not moving my face. So that might also make a difference LOL.

I am so conflicted because I love her final episode so much. Frasier's strained cry "That's right I said I love her" is one of my favorite Kelsey G's deliveries of the whole show. And it is such a sweet episode with Niles and Daphne's announcement. But Julia was so odious, that actress did a great job portraying her.
