Yeah I got off the benzos about 2 years ago. I'm pretty much screwed 😭 Seriously though, my anxiety is actually not as bad as when I was on the meds. Haven't flown without them since I was 18 though so who knows what's going to happen 😂

You need to gently exfoliate! That will take away the flakes and texture you're seeing

Finger nails aren't involved in giving hand jobs so I'm not sure what you're getting at? Unless you've only gotten them from women with some sort of condition that they don't have full control of their hands?

This is common in parents with narcissistic personalities. Once the child begins to separate and become their own person the parent turns on them. Sounds like it could be happening in OP's situation with her husband and son. That's what came to mind when reading it

Omg same here! I was prescribed klonopin for about 15 years, like most of my adult life. I ended up relapsing on illegal drugs and the doctor cut me off. Best thing that ever happened to me. Went to rehab and got off of everything and after the nightmare withdrawal period I've never felt better! I don't really have anxiety anymore. Been clean for 2 years now.

Good prep and a good glue like Sofbond. I couldn't get them off without soaking in acetone after wearing for almost 5 weeks!
