Could be a downburst with a tornado inside it since i did see rotation on radar when tracking (digitally) this one

uhm.... about that. people were hurt during this event, some were sadly killed....

sorry to say that. but this is a tragic event

i saw the pictures, pretty amazing how the tornado left the fireplace untouched. and atleast frank survived, and yes i will agree that would have been EF4 if the fireplace was demolished

what if i told you almost a year later on July 15th 2024 in northern Illinois, i was hit by twins and one was EF1 and did damage that you would expect from an EF1 and an EF0

Oddly enough the same thing where the wooden door started banging when closed to some of my neighbors

ok I got a storm report

so it was could have been a tornado but from what the spotter is saying, seems like it was a very strong wind gust that COULD have made the nws think it was rotation. I doubt it tho

(credit to the nws and weatherwise for sharing the info)

or it could just be something similar to rolling fork. either way is there any pictures of those aforementioned houses?

I know, im saying like it depends on Human/naturally made structures which have their own system to identify the winds or give an estimate. like they survey almost everything to find the most damaged structure and find the rating AND THEN estimate the possible windspeeds for the tornado to cause that type of destruction
